This massage salve is great for helping to relieve pain in achy and tired muscles. With Arnica, which is a wonderful anti-inflammatory herb, combined with ginger and red pepper flakes, this salve gives you a soothing heat that isn’t too intense to help relax the muscles. With the cooling properties of Menthol, the heat subsides and you are left with a pleasant cooling sensation.

Ingredients:
Olive oil infused with Arnica Flower, Comfrey Leaf, Calendula Flower, St. John’s Wort, Ginger Root, Red Pepper Flakes, Sweet Almond Oil, Menthol Crystals, Essential Oils, Beeswax, Coconut Oil, and Shea Butter.

Directions:
Massage into sore and achy muscles, as needed.
